Qn36: Is it permissible for me to take money from my husband’s wealth to spend on household matters and the children?

Ans.36: Taking this money from her husband for the benefit of the house and the children is acceptable. From this question, I understood that the father of this household doesn’t take care of his responsibilities as he should, so if this is the case and his wife takes money to spend on benefitting the children and his home, then there is no problem with this insha’Allaah.
